Three points to make:
1) Don't be hesitant about adding in highlights as well (usually to a much lesser extent than shadows on skin/fur); I'd go for about 30% opacity with white around the relevant areas.
2) Sonic seems to have a double outline; the black and then a white rim; that could do with getting rid of.
3) I like the blurring on the last panel, so don't knock it; possibly just pull it out a little bit to make the whole face unblurred, but that's all.
Other than that, a great piece of work. Especially liking the Sonic poses.
